About Me

Elar Alexander

Elar Alexander majored in fine arts and studied at Pont Aven School of Contemporary Art (PSCA), in Brittany, France . He began developing his distinct sophisticated style of illustration in the late 90's. After working as an art student and creative writer for few years at numerous agencies, he decided to pursue an illustration career full time.

In 2002, Elar was involved in two of the most successful illustration campaigns in the history of advertising: Amul Tutter and Hu/mt/um. In 2006 Hoprodigy was launched at J. Walter Thompson. Elar created all of the illustrations for this extensive national print campaign. Elar also created two greeting card lines, a television pilot, and contributed to over 100 different magazines worldwide. Presently, Elar is working on two projects Book titled "Dream Sequence" & "Bob Betty" cartoons.
